Glass Fibre Industries Pvt. Ltd.
was started in 1980. It is a family owned company established with the objective
of manufacturing high quality varnished fibreglass sleevings for the electrical
& electronic industry. Housed in 6000 sq. feet manufacturing facility
in Chennai, INDIA.
It has around 200 braiding machines of various spindles capable of manufacturing
sleeves from 0.5MM to 25.0MM ID.
Equipped with a capacity to cure and manufacture around one-lakh meters of
varnished Fibreglass sleeves a month it can process close to 3000 meters per
batch in totally clean and environmentally safe surrounding.
Sleeves of various wall thicknesses and colours are manufactured to exacting
standards of individual users.
In the recent years, we have developed a Flame Retardant Fibreglass sleeve,
which conforms to UL94 v0, v1 and v2 Horizontal and Vertical burn test norms
and it has been well accepted in the market.
